Personal Training will ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals whether it is to improve your general health, lose weight, tone and reshape, improve sports performance, aid in injury prevention or simply gain motivation and new ideas.

If you need to correct muscle imbalances, postural distortions, or body weaknesses, we can also address these points and devise a program to include a mix of metabolic and resistance training to regain strength and correct week areas of concern.

Your Individual Training Programme

I will guide and educate you through your training and help you to reach your desired goals in the quickest and safest time. PERSONAL TRAINING is not just about exercise and gym work but also about assessing and educating you on lifestyle changes which may include advice on nutrition or stress management etc.

A programme and training routines will be designed and based around your particular wants and needs. You will go through a thorough health assessment and postural analysis before an appropriate programme is designed. Programmes are designed based on the results of your assessments and are designed to be safe, structured and progressive.

I don’t have a one size fits all approach to fitness. Your programme will be designed specifically for you and no one else to fit into your individual needs and lifestyle. A variety of training techniques will be used to achieve results. My approach is fun and from day one I will work with you to encourage you and motivate you to achieve your goals. Its about training smarter not harder and no one session will ever be the same with me, so that your kept on your toes!

I am available 6 days a week, early morning and evening sessions are available too.

Your free initial consultation

Your first session will include a HEALTH ASSESSMENT and consultation, this is FREE of charge. The aim of the consultation is for me to get to know you, to understand your strengths and weaknesses, your good and bad habits, so that I help you in every way possible to achieve your goals.

The following test will be carried out:

  • Medical questionnaire
  • Full postural analysis
  • Body fat analysis
  • Blood pressure reading
  • Heart rate check
  • Circumference measurements
  • Weight

Sessions & Prices

My sessions are available in the following combinations:

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training
  • Partner Training with 2-3 clients per session

1 Hours session, ½ Hour Body Conditioning Sessions and Group Sessions are available from £35 per session. Please visit my Price List Page for detail information.
